AiMedics Pty Ltd, established in October 2001 as a commercial spin-off of the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), is an unlisted private company specialising in non-invasive detection of disease. The diseases and conditions that are most suited to its detection technology are diabetes, epilepsy, fatigue and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

AiMedics' primary focus is the development and commercialisation of its patented technology, HypoMon®, a real-time, non-invasive, device for the detection of hypoglycaemia (low blood-glucose) in Type I insulin-dependent diabetic patients.
